THE CALL FOR APPLICATIONS IS NOW OPEN.
The application period is October 1 – December 1, 2026.
Please read the instructions carefully and ensure that all materials are ready before starting your application.
- Complete every section of the application form.
- Upload documents: You will be prompted to submit your CV, Research Experience Summary, Transcript, Personal Essay, and your Lab Choice Statement. All documents must be in PDF format. Include your last name and first initial in the file title (e.g. MillerL_CV.pdf, MillerL_Transcript.pdf) and ensure that each document includes the document title, date, and page numbers in the header or footer.
- Letter of Recommendation: Remind your referee (professor/supervisor) to write the letter on official institutional letterhead, sign and scan it, and include both the applicant’s and referee’s names in the PDF title (e.g. MillerL_from_RossiP.pdf.) The letter must be emailed directly to armeniseharvardfdnsummer@hms.harvard.edu (not cc’d to the applicant) by the December 1, 2026 deadline.
- Zoom Interview: Semi-finalists will be required to attend a Zoom interview with the Selection Committee on Saturday, January 30, 2027.
- Application Deadline: All applications and supporting documents must be submitted by December 1, 2026, 11:59 PM EST. Late submissions will not be considered.
